I had a fantastic stay where the room was clean, quiet, and spacious, and it was so convenient to find excellent eateries just a short walk away, making my weekend city strolls all the more enjoyable.

I enjoyed my stay in a Standard King Room, as the bed was very comfortable and the staff was friendly. However, the noise from surrounding rooms and outside sirens made it difficult to relax. Additionally, parking was limited for hotel guests, which was inconvenient.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the free parking, 24-hour reception, and the outdoor swimming pool. On my first stay, the staff even helped me find a phone charger. I can’t wait to come back for my next trip!

We had a lovely family stay at this hotel, enjoying the nearby Knott's Berry Farm. The warm welcome with freshly baked cookies made us feel right at home, and the cleanliness and comfort of our room were exceptional. This was definitely one of the best experiences I've had with my family.

In my wife’s opinion, more kid-friendly activities would have been great.

Really enjoyed my stay here! The beds were super comfy, and the shower was nice and clean. The gym and pool were great extras. Staff was super accommodating too! We hung out by the pool past check-out, and they didn’t mind at all. Just wish the restaurant had more options than just breakfast.

Family adventure but at a cost

The cookies here are the best. The rooms are decently stocked with toiletries and towels, my fam and I felt right at home, even had space in a double bed room.

Spaces felt limited, likely due to outside events. Room temperature control also left much to be desired. My room lacked adequate air conditioning, resulting in an uncomfortable atmosphere. I appreciate the water bottle supply at the front desk, but breakfast options could use an upgrade. Limited selections on the menu made it challenging to start the day off right. For the price, I hoped for a better overall experience. Despite these inconveniences, my time spent at the hotel wasn’t without its positives.

Room had air conditioning, iron, microwave, and safety deposit box. Comfy beds and spacious seating area. Shower was clean and modern. Spa facilities included an outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and a hot tub. Gym was well-equipped and staff were accommodating. Enjoyed the selection of movies in room too.
